Cosreena: Exchange & Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 10th October 2025.

Welcome to Cosreena Studio Private Limited. We are dedicated to providing high-quality apparel and ensuring you love every garment you purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms and conditions stipulated below.

Our Core Policy: No Returns or Refunds

Please note that Cosreena operates under a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds or for any reason other than the exceptions explicitly mentioned in this policy.



1. Exchange Policy (For Size Issues Only)

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential for clothing. Therefore, we offer a one-time size exchange for the same apparel product, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: You must initiate an exchange request within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of delivery of your item.

  • Condition of Garment: To be eligible for an exchange, the garment must be in its original, pristine condition:

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

    • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.

    • The garment must be free of any stains, marks, perfumes, or damages.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.

  • Process for Requesting an Exchange:

    1. Contact our customer care team within the 3-day window via email at care@cosreena.com with your Order ID and the new size you require.

    2. Our team will review your request. If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and schedule a pickup.

    3. Cosreena will arrange for the reverse pickup of the garment from your address at no cost to you. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.

    4. Once we receive and inspect the returned garment at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

    5. If approved, the new size will be dispatched to you, subject to availability.

Important: Garments sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for an exchange will not be accepted.



2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Garments

We take great care in inspecting and packing our apparel. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect garment, we are here to help.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must provide a clear, unedited, and continuous unboxing video as evidence. The video must clearly show:

    1. The unopened package with the shipping label clearly visible.

    2. The process of opening the package.

    3. The garment(s) inside the package and the specific damage, defect, or incorrect style/size.

  • Reporting Window: Claims must be reported to us via email at care@cosreena.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered. The unboxing video must be attached or linked in this email.

  • Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the video evidence. If the claim is found to be valid, we will arrange for a replacement of the same garment at no cost to you. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you store credit of equivalent value.

Note: Claims without a valid unboxing video as per the criteria mentioned above will not be entertained. Cosreena reserves the sole discretion to determine the validity of a claim.

General Conditions

  • Cosreena reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the garment does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
